That’s why, mong the many examples work on this site, this six minute sales training short film for Diageo called Bottleshop Madness is, perhaps, my favourite. It’s actually a retro Aussie cop show romp that worked wonders for the client’s internal communications. I occasionally view it and remember the brief was a 70-page power point presentation on the thrilling subject of in store navigation and shopper behaviour.
